Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates is seeking a leader to drive daily Order to Cash (O2C) operations for LATAM from Querétaro.
You will supervise the regional O2C team, optimize processes, and manage key customer and internal stakeholder relationships to ensure accurate, efficient operations.You will work in a dynamic regional environment with a focus on continuous improvement, automation, and SAP-based processes.
Fluency in English and Spanish is required to collaborate across functions.
