AtZEISS, we are looking for an experiencedProject Manager – General Logistics Projectsto join our team inMexico Cityand contribute to international Supply Chain and Logistics initiatives across different ZEISS business units and regions.Your mission
You will lead complex, cross-functional logistics and Supply Chain projects from planning through implementation, working with international stakeholders, strategic logistics providers, IT partners, suppliers, and internal teams.
You will be responsible for ensuring projects are deliveredon time, within budget, and according to quality standards, while coordinating teams and stakeholders across different countries and functions.What we're looking for:
• 5+ years of professional experience inSupply Chain Management / Logisticswithin an international organization.
• Strong experience managingcomplex or large-scale projects.




• Solid Project Management capabilities, including timelines, milestones, budgets, risks, deliverables, and stakeholder management.
• Experience working withSCM processes and IT/SAP environments.
• University degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in multicultural and cross-functional environments.
• Lean Management knowledge is highly valued.
• SAP SCM knowledge/certifications are highly valued.
English proficiency is a MUST.
