Key Responsibilities:
Capital Strategy & M&A;:Lead end-to-end M&A; activities, from target identification and due diligence to post-merger financial integration.
Investor Relations & Wall Street Presence:Serve as the primary liaison for Private Equity boards and international institutional investors, translating Mexican operational success into integral financial metrics.
ESG & Sustainability Reporting:Build and oversee the framework for ESG reporting compliance, ensuring our operations meet the "Green Finance" standards required for international capital markets.
Tax & Structural Optimization:Strategically navigate Mexican tax law and fiscal reforms while maintaining a transparent, world-class audit trail.
The Ideal Candidate:
15+ years of experience, beginning with aBig 4orInvestment Bankingfoundation.
Proven tenure as a CFO or VP of Finance within a major Mexican "Grupo" or a multinational corporation with local operations.
Expertise in capital restructuring, debt refinancing, and navigating the BMV (Bolsa Mexicana de Valores) or NYSE reporting requirements.
