This role will be responsible foridentifying and accelerating value creation opportunities across the organization, using financial and operational insights to challenge the way we do business and transform opportunities into measurable results.
Working closely with our plants and cross-functional teams, this position will connect financial performance with business realities to identify gaps, challenge existing ways of working, and drive initiatives that generate sustainable value using the same or fewer resources.Key Responsibilities
Identify value creation opportunitiesacross different areas of the business by analyzing financial and operational performance, expenses, gaps and value drivers.
Partner with plants and functional teamsto understand the business behind the numbers and translate identified gaps into actionable improvement initiatives.
Challenge existing ways of working, using data and business insights to encourage different approaches and identify opportunities to operate more effectively.
Build strong relationships across the organization, earning stakeholders' trust and influencing teams to drive change without relying on direct authority.
Accelerate cross-functional initiatives, removing execution barriers,
facilitating decisions and ensuring opportunities translate into measurable and sustainable value.
Partner with Financeto evaluate business cases, validate financial impact and track the value generated by transformation initiatives.
Connect and collaborate with multiple plants and business areas, identifying opportunities that can be replicated or scaled across the organization.
Provide visibility to senior leadershipon opportunities, initiative progress, risks and financial impact through clear, data-driven executive communication.Profile
Bachelor's degree inFinance, Business Administration, Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Strongfinancial acumen, including the ability to understand financial statements, P&L;, expenses, business cases and key financial drivers.
Ability totranslate financial data into business insights and actionable opportunities, going beyond reporting to understand the root causes behind performance gaps.
Experience inbusiness transformation, business analytics, FP&A;, finance, continuous improvement, operational excellence, strategic projects or related functions.
Experience within theautomotive or manufacturing industry.
Strongbusiness acumen and critical thinking, with the confidence to challenge assumptions and existing ways of working through data and constructive questioning.
Excellentstakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to connect with different levels and functions across the organization.
A collaborative, proactive and hands-on approach, comfortable navigating ambiguity and working across multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively to both operational teams and senior leadership.
Advanced English leveland ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
