As an HRBP Jr, your main responsibilities are:Key Responsibilities- Onboarding: Support the integration of new hires, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and providing the necessary guidance and information for a successful start.
- Performance Management: Support leaders and teams in performance review processes, addressing questions and ensuring the consistent application of the model.
- Compensation: Partner with leaders on compensation-related topics, aligning expectations and ensuring internal equity and consistency, with support from the regional team.
- Engagement & Climate: Analyze key people data such as engagement surveys, exit interviews, and team feedback, and propose practical actions to enhance the employee experience.
- Talent Development:



Support talent development initiatives, promoting continuous learning and internal career growth.
- Succession Planning: Partner with leaders to identify high-potential talent and support future development and succession discussions.
- HR Processes & Compliance: Provide support to local HR processes and participate in audits or reviews as needed.
- Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for the local operation, from role definition with business leaders to interview coordination and offer support.Requirements
