We're hiring: Assistant Manager | Hengst Filtration MéxicoWe are looking for a strong and hands-on Assistant Manager to join our growing manufacturing operation in Salinas Victoria, Reciente León.This position will report directly to the Plant Manager and Key responsibilities include:• Support the Plant Manager in the daily management of plant operations.
• Monitor KPIs and track operational improvement results.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities between Production, Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, Engineering, HR, and Finance.
• Lead problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote Lean Manufacturing, 5S, standardization, and operational excellence.
• Support customer requirements and on-time delivery performance• Develop and engage teams while fostering a strong performance-driven culture• Support audits and internal/external compliance activities• Act as the Plant Manager's key operational partner and provide leadership coverage when required.Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations,



or related field• Fluent English – mandatory• Experience in manufacturing operations, preferably within the automotive industry• Leadership experience in a plant or production environment• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, KPIs, continuous improvement, and quality systems• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural, and growing organizationWe are looking for a hands-on leader, strong communicator, and results-oriented professional who is excited about building and developing a world-class manufacturing operation from the ground up.
