SeniorWe're looking for aSenior Account & Project Managerto join a growing global in-house Creative Hub.This isn't a traditional Project Manager role where you receive a brief, build a timeline, and move it through a process.We need someone with a genuinecreative and social-first backgroundwho understands how great creative work gets made — and knows how to ask the right questionsbefore a brief even reaches the studio.You'll own bothproject delivery AND stakeholder relationships, becoming the go-to partner for a defined group of teams across the business.Own multiplecreative, digital, social, and integrated projectsfrom initial conversation through final delivery.
Manage a mix oflarge campaigns and smaller, fast-moving social projects, often with several live at once.
Own timelines, deliverables, reviews, feedback, approvals, and project tracking.
Build strong relationships with a defined group ofglobal stakeholders, becoming their trusted creative partner.
Understand how ideas need to translate intosocial-first content, including fast-turnaround, platform-specific creative.
Connect stakeholders with designers, copywriters, social teams, producers, and wider creative specialists.




Keep stakeholders informed and projects moving —no surprises and no ambiguity around where things stand.You'll ideally come from anagency, creative studio, social agency, content agency, or fast-paced in-house creative team.
Strongcreative project management and/or account management experience.
A genuine understanding ofsocial-first creative and content production.
Experience delivering projects acrosssocial, digital, content, campaigns, design, video, and/or motion.
The ability to managemultiple concurrent projectsin a fast-moving creative environment.
Excellentstakeholder and relationship managementskills.
An understanding of creative workflows and howdesigners, copywriters, motion designers, videographers, social teams, and other creativeswork together.
Experience withproject/workflow management toolsand an interest in AI-supported tools that can make creative delivery more efficient.
Strong professional Englishfor regular collaboration with global teams and stakeholders.You're not just there tomanage the project after the brief lands.
You'll help them work out what they actually need, turn that into a strong creative brief, understand how it should work acrosssocial and digital channels, and then own the relationship and delivery all the way through.If you're a creative PM or Account Manager who lovesfast-paced creative work, social-first content, stakeholder relationships, and turning messy asks into great briefs
