We are conducting an important search for an Operations Manager to join the Nogales manufacturing operations of a leading integral Aerospace & Defense manufacturer.We are specifically targeting accomplished manufacturing leaders from the Aerospace & Defense industry, particularly professionals who have worked in military-spec / high-reliability manufacturing environments where quality, traceability, compliance and flawless execution are critical.This is a significant leadership opportunity within a large 800+ employee manufacturing operation producing high-reliability electromechanical components and interconnect solutions for demanding aerospace and defense applications.
What we're looking for:10+ years of progressive manufacturing/operations experience5+ years leading sizable manufacturing organizationsStrong Aerospace & Defense manufacturing experienceExperience with military-spec, high-reliability and highly regulated products strongly preferredStrong understanding of AS**** and customer-specific quality requirementsExperience in Low-Volume / High-Mix (LV/HM) manufacturing environmentsBackground with connectors,
