Project: Freya Audio Transcription Quality Reviewer (Spanish- Mexico /es-MX) Location: RemoteCommitment: Maximum 10 billable hours per dayAbout the JobWe are looking for detail-oriented individuals to join our speech recognition project in our Independent QA team (IQA) to supervise and assess the work of large-scale audio transcription projects.In this role, you will analyze long-form podcast recordings *******+ minutes ) and perform high-quality transcription and speech annotation tasks.
If you have strong listening skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience with transcription, we'd love to hear from you.Your primary responsibility as QAer for this project will be to review and evaluate the work of annotators working on the above tasks, i dentify inaccuracies and flag any discrepancies with the provided guidelines or with the presente content being transcribed.
Therefore, accuracy, consistency and linguistic precision are critical to the success of this workflow.Key ResponsibilitiesReview transcriptions of long-form podcast recordings accurately following project guidelinesIdentify different speakers and assign consistent speaker labelsSegment speech with accurate timestampsIdentify the perceived gender of speakersReview audio quality and flag issues such as:Unclear or distorted speechStrong accentsIncorrect languageSynthetic or generated audioVerify and correct pre-annotated speech segments when requiredEnsure all annotations and transcripts meet quality standardsQualificationsProficient in Spanish(Mexico) (spoken and written)High level of written English to understand guidelines and provide the required reports and summariesStrong listening comprehension and attention to detailFamiliarity with regional speech patterns,
