and pricing to homeowners and present repair or replacement recommendationsIdentify and communicate replacement opportunities to the Comfort Advisor teamMaintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicleAccurately complete all required job documentation and invoicing in the fieldParticipate in the on-call rotation as scheduledRequirements Qualifications2+ years of hands-on residential HVAC service and diagnostic experienceEPA 608 certification requiredTDLR ACR Technician Registration required, or the ability to obtainStrong diagnostic ability and comfort running calls independentlyAbility to work in attics, crawlspaces, and tight areas in varying temperatures, and lift 50 lbs or moreStrong communication skills and a customer-first approachValid driver's license and insurable driving recordMust be 18 years of age or older to apply
