Call Center Services International is looking for an energetic Sales Trainer to spearhead educational programs within its Auto Refinance division. In this essential position, the successful candidate will analyze existing operational benchmarks and identify training deficiencies to construct a thorough learning ecosystem. This initiative will involve creating a wide range of instructional materials, such as online modules, step-by-step guides, and interactive workshops, ensuring the sales force possesses the expertise required to achieve top-tier results.

Responsibilities
Create and oversee a strategic timeline for conducting comprehensive training needs analyses.
Partner with internal teams, including fellow trainers, department heads, and senior leadership, to ensure training goals support broader business objectives.
Collect, monitor, and analyze data to guide training strategies and assess their overall impact.
Develop high-caliber training materials based on research insights and assessment outcomes.
Launch creative training programs and supporting resources to boost team performance.
Thoroughly test and polish all educational tools to guarantee clarity and effectiveness prior to release.




Organize and manage a central hub for all training documents and resources.
Conduct orientation sessions and facilitate continuous professional growth opportunities for staff.
Assess individual employee progress and learning results to pinpoint areas needing enhancement.
Requirements Requirements
Proven work history within a call center setting.
At least one year of demonstrated experience in training and development positions.
Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Office 365, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with various personality types and handle multiple priorities at once.
Strong technical proficiency with a track record of adapting quickly to new technologies.
Previous experience in the automotive, financial, or sales industries is preferred but not mandatory.
