What You'll Do

Support and onboard contractor and supplier customers Deliver product training via phone, web meetings, and in-person sessions Manage customer inquiries and provide solutions to complex issues Assist with account management, invoicing, collections, and CRM activities Collaborate with sales, business development,



and leadership teams Contribute to process improvement initiatives and strategic projects

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree Advanced English and Spanish communication skills Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills Interest in transitioning into B2 B sales within 12-24 months Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
