We're Hiring: Bilingual Logistics Specialist

Location: Monterrey, Mexico

We're looking for a Logistics Specialist fluent in English and Spanish to coordinate international shipments and support logistics operations across China, Mexico, the United States, and Canada.

In this role, you will work closely with suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transportation partners to keep shipments moving efficiently and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate international shipments across China, Mexico, the U. S., and Canada, including ocean, air, and ground transportation. Track shipments, communicate delivery updates, and resolve delays or transportation issues. Review shipping documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs documentation. Work with customs brokers to support import and export clearance. Coordinate with suppliers and teams across different time zones. Compare freight quotes, monitor logistics costs, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency. Maintain accurate shipment records and prepare logistics performance reports.

Qualifications

Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.



Experience in international logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain operations, or a related field. Experience coordinating shipments between China and North America, including cross-border transportation between Mexico, the U. S., and Canada. Working knowledge of import/export documentation, customs procedures, and Incoterms. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with logistics or ERP systems is a plus. Based in Monterrey, Mexico, or willing to relocate. Ability to coordinate occasional meetings across international time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field. Familiarity with USMCA/T-MEC trade documentation. Mandarin Chinese language skills are a plus, but not required.
