implementing and testing patch releases and system upgradesMaintenance of the configuration archive and its upkeep100% compliance to configuration standards and proceduresMake changes to existing configuration processes as per the client requirements and maintain proper documentation/ logAnalyze and resolve configuration issues in a timely mannerMIS Management, Reporting & Backend SupportPreparation of Daily, Monthly status report on certain configuration parameters as required by the client & stakeholdersDocumentation & reporting as per the client need on configuration standardsIssue resolution in minimum time possible with respect to any modification or change requested by the clientDeliver1.
