Job Description
Our Research team sits within Endava’s Product & Design discipline, where researchers, strategists, designers, artists, and marketers work together to create meaningful, customer-centric experiences.
We are looking for an experienced Research Consultant with strong mixed-methods research capabilities, combining qualitative research, quantitative analysis, and strategic thinking.
This is a hands-on research role for someone who can take an ambiguous business question, determine the right research approach, conduct and analyze primary research, synthesize complex findings, and translate them into clear, actionable recommendations. You will work with both internal teams and clients, including senior and executive stakeholders, so strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills are essential.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end mixed-methods research projects, from defining research questions and selecting the appropriate methodology through analysis, synthesis, and presentation of findings.
- Design and conduct qualitative research, including stakeholder and user interviews, alongside secondary research.
- Design surveys and perform quantitative analysis using appropriate statistical methods to identify meaningful patterns and insights.
- Translate qualitative and quantitative findings into clear, actionable recommendations that support business and product decisions.
- Create executive-ready deliverables and confidently present research findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders and C-suite audiences.
- Partner with multidisciplinary teams to structure ambiguous business questions and determine the most effective research approach.
- Adapt research methods, communication, and storytelling to different industries, audiences, and business contexts.
- Contribute to thought leadership through research-based content such as white papers, articles, and other publications.
