Customer ServiceWe are looking for professionals with experience using OEM and Tier 1 customer portals , capable of effectively coordinating customer requirements, supporting demand planning activities, ensuring on-time deliveries, and maintaining strong communication with domestic and international customers.Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal departments.- Analyze and anticipate customer requirements to ensure proper execution within production operations.- Manage customer demand schedules and releases.- Monitor daily customer requirements, volume fluctuations, and shipment priorities.- Manage and maintain customer information through customer portals.- Coordinate customer delivery performance and ensure compliance with delivery schedules.- Analyze delivery performance issues (DDPM) and participate in the implementation of corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.- Maintain appropriate inventory levels and safety stock to support customer demand.- Work closely with Production, Planning, Logistics,
