We are seeking a dedicated, customer‑focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The adecuado candidate will manage customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently. Additionally, the candidate should be proficient in Excel, with strong logical skills for developing formulas and queries to support accurate and efficient customer service operations.
Communicate and confirm to the customer the status of their purchase orders, either via email, portal or both
- Experience in customer service, call centers, or other client‑facing roles is preferred
- English proficiency, with the ability to conduct professional conversations
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, with strong logical skills for developing formulas and queries
