About the Role
We are seeking a Windows Server Administrator to join our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, securing, and optimizing Windows-based infrastructure environments while supporting vulnerability remediation initiatives, operating system hardening,



and virtualization platforms. The idóneo candidate combines strong Windows administration expertise with a security-focused mindset and experience supporting enterprise environments.
Essential Job Functions
- Administer, maintain, and support Microsoft Windows Server environments.
- Perform operating system installations, upgrades, and lifecycle management activities.
- Manage VMware virtualised environments, including provisioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Execute patch management activities and security updates in accordance with operational and security requirements.
- Perform server hardening and vulnerability remediation based on organisational security standards.
- Troubleshoot complex Windows platform incidents and infrastructure-related issues.
- Support and maintain Active Directory services and related Microsoft infrastructure components.
