As Sommelier, you will play an important role in bringing to life an exceptional wine program that reflects the hotel’s ultra-luxury positioning, culinary vision, and commitment to personalized guest experiences. With a strong presence on the floor, you will serve as a trusted wine expert for our guests,
providing thoughtful and personalized recommendations based on individual preferences, while creating memorable experiences through engaging storytelling, intuitive service, and exceptional product knowledge.

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Sommelier or wine professional within luxury hospitality or fine dining environments.
- Strong knowledge of international and Mexican wines, including key regions, producers, grape varieties, vintages, and contemporary wine trends.
- Recognized wine certification such as CMS, WSET, ASI, or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Luxury hotel and/or pre-opening experience is highly
