We are looking for a Project Engineer to lead and coordinate integral new product development projects, collaborating with manufacturing plants across Mexico and internationally to develop and launch global product platforms. In this role, you will leverage your project management, APQP, manufacturing, organizational, and leadership skills to drive cross-functional teams and manage projects from the design phase through industrialization and mass production. Role Responsibilities:




- Serve as the primary point of contact between Corporate Engineering and manufacturing plants.
- Review and understand product design intent and provide feedback to Product Design Engineers based on the manufacturing capabilities of each plant.
- Assess manufacturing capabilities and identify process constraints, while estimating the investment required to integrate new processes into the production chain.
- Plan, monitor, execute, and deliver projects according to established quality, timing, cost, and safety targets and performance metrics.
- Generate, maintain, and track project deliverables throughout all project phases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during product and process trials, conducting root-cause analysis and documenting lessons learned.
