Responsibilities
The Supplier quality engineer will work closely with New Product Development (NPD) teams to ensure quality is prioritized and complete.
Should Help to ensure design validation plans are completed and effective.
Drive root cause analysis using warranty data on all launched products.
Participate in failure modes effects analysis on all new products with engineering in order to identify risks and assist with the implementation of mitigation and control plans for these risks. Product/Process Nonconformance Continuous Improvement for all supplier related products, processes and projects. R Responsible for Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCAR’s), Supplier Quality Notifications (SQN’s) and ensure robust corrective actions have been implemented by suppliers.
