Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Equipment Maintenance Manager located in Guadalajara, South Campus.
What a typical day looks like:
- Directs daily department activities to maximize equipment utilization and support production needs.
- Establishes preventative maintenance schedules.
- Forecasts operating costs of department and directs preparation of budget requests.
- Reviews and establishes material, equipment, and workforce resource requirements.
- Coordinates maintenance activities with other functional groups such as engineering and operations.
- Selects and develops personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the departmental function.
- Administer safety programs to provide a safe and clean workplace for employees.
- Generates maintenance logs and other operations metrics.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in similar position.
- Advanced English communication skills (verbal and written).




- Strong experiences in SMT Process & Reflow Oven.
- Experience in Key Metrics (KPIs, Yield).
- Demonstrates skills in performance management, teaching/leading, counseling and/or mentoring.
- Spare Parts Management Expert.
