About this role: We are seeking a proactive, analytical, and bilingual Supply Chain Specialist to optimize our logistics operations. In this mid-level role, you will go beyond daily coordination to analyze supply chain data, resolve complex logistical challenges, improve operational efficiencies, and manage end-to-end product flow from overseas manufacturers to final domestic delivery.
Responsibilities
- Optimize Logistics: Oversee and route import shipments, negotiating rates and transit times directly with overseas freight forwarders, ocean carriers, and domestic transport partners to ensure cost-effective delivery.
- Strategic Vendor Management: Evaluate vendor and carrier performance against established KPIs, address supply chain disruptions proactively, and foster long-term strategic partnerships.
- Data Analysis & Demand Planning: Analyze inventory levels, forecast demand, and manage ERP system data to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent stockouts or excess inventory.
- Compliance & Customs:



Act as the primary point of contact for customs brokers to ensure full trade compliance, audit documentation, and swiftly resolve any clearance delays or tariff issues.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as a subject matter expert, collaborating closely with sales, finance, and operations to align supply chain strategies with overarching business goals and drive process improvements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of progressive experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement, specifically within the consumer goods industry.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and hands-on experience managing data within ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with a proven track record of identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements.
