As CoreX continues to grow, we are looking for a Senior Technical Consultant – ServiceNow ITOM to join our delivery organization and play a key role in designing, configuring, and implementing ServiceNow IT Operations Management solutions for our customers.
The Senior Technical Consultant – ServiceNow ITOM will serve as a senior hands-on technical resource responsible for the successful design, configuration, development, and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
This individual will work directly with customers, Solution Architects, Business Process Consultants, Project Managers, and other technical resources throughout the full implementation lifecycle. The adecuado candidate has strong hands-on experience across ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and the broader ServiceNow platform and is comfortable translating business and technical requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Design, configure, develop,



and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions based on customer requirements and ServiceNow best practices.
Participate in customer workshops to gather technical requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Configure and optimize Discovery schedules, credentials, MID Servers, probes, patterns, identification rules, and reconciliation processes.
Support the design, implementation, and ongoing health of the ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM framework.
Configure and maintain CI classes, relationships, identification and reconciliation rules, data sources, and CMDB governance processes.
Design and troubleshoot integrations between ServiceNow and third-party infrastructure, monitoring, cloud, and enterprise platforms.
Develop and configure ServiceNow functionality using JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and other platform capabili
