Provides support in Safety, Health and Environment related area, either broadly or in a narrow area of expertise. May be involved in coordinating people and other resources for various projects and tasks.

Typical Accountabilities

SHE Management Systems Review process (25%)
- Maintain and update SHE Governance MS teams and OneSHE Governance SharePoint areas as needed
- Create yearly plan and confirm with governance team
- Work with SHE comms to add appropriate messaging to newsletters

Manage the OneSHE Framework (20%)
- Conduct monthly checks in ECMS/Veeva to manage documents
- Manage and track updates and trigger escalation where apllicable
- Provide framework forecast in monthly newsletter
- Work with translation network for updates to the General SHE Standard

OneSHE live events (15%)




- Work with SHE comms to discuss yearly event plan, Liaise with event hosts and speakers to set dates and times
- Create Zoom meetings, send Outlook meeting requests to SHE Community & create monthly events on Workplace
- Update SHE comms on dates and times
- Maintain and manage OneSHE Live Event MS Teams for materials and planning
- Create Slido (where needed)

Maintain the Sustainability & SHE SharePoint sites (10%)
- Maintain process to ensure robust governance of site including page owners to periodically check content
- Create content where needed and work with stakeholders to ensure it is rolled out

Coordinate the OneSHE Excellence Awards (10%)
- Create plan and confirm with LT
- Create MS Forms submission area
- Confirm judges and manage judging process with CoE lead

Other:
- Responsible to manage requests to GSHE mailbox/SHE query form and work with wider team to ensure resolution
- Work with SHE comms and be proactive to pl
