The New Product Launch Manager is responsible of coordination of all project relevant launch activities between plants and business unit core team as well as customer communication.
His/Her main responsibilities are:
- Planning and monitoring of production line including performance, capacity and implementation of process optimizations in collaboration with plants;
- Manage internal project reviews and launch status reporting to ensure progress is according to project plan (cost, timing, quality);
- Ensure that all product launch relevant documents are according to TS 16949 for customer and internal audits
- Responsible of tracking of feasibility studies to ensure robust manufacturing processes according to design for six sigma and ensure the fulfillment of customer and internal requirements;
