Key Responsibilities
- Develop and define product‑specific tooling, fixtures, process parameters, and programs.
- Support day‑to‑day production activities, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and throughput.
- Participate in Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and DOE initiatives to optimize processes.
- Review engineering drawings and DFX reports to ensure manufacturability prior to production release.
- Evaluate and qualify new materials, equipment, and manufacturing processes.
- Create and maintain manufacturing procedures, work instructions, and preventive maintenance guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement corrective actions.
- Maintain compliance with site certifications (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ANSI ESD S20.20, IPC, etc.).
- Build effective working relationships across internal and external teams and support organizational KPI achievement.

Experiência y requisitos

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing.




- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required.
- Knowledge of advanced manufacturing technologies, continuous improvement tools (DPMO, FPY, Six Sigma, FMEA, etc.).
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, handle confidential information, and manage shifting priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (e.g., WebEx).
- Ability to work with diverse teams and support a 24/7 global operation.
- Ability to travel up to 10%, including day and overnight trips.
