The Accounts Payable Specialist reports to the Accounts Payable Operations Manager (located in the Mexico City) and provides support in functions related to Accounts Payable.



This role is responsible for Expense Report Processing and related tasks including acting as the company’s Pcard Administrator. The major responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to the following:
Expected Responsibilities:
- Daily Review and Posting of Expense Reports from Concur to FFA (general ledger)
- Weekly preparation & distribution of Unsubmitted Expense Report list including following up with employees to submit expense reports timely.
- Pcard Administrator-Issue/close Pcards, increase/decrease credit limits, reset pins, perform quarterly Pcard user reviews.
- Reply to and resolve customer cases assigned in the AP Case Management system.
- Resolve Concur scan and capture errors and ensure invoices are successfully submitted in Concur.
- Perform peer accuracy audits
- Collaborate with team members to help with overflow and cover absences.
