JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and ensuring the successful execution of strategic projects (product, process, or improvement) focused on generating value and aligned with the organization's goals and objectives, within the established time frame and budget.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Evaluate the feasibility of projects for implementation.
- Directly manage new projects such as cost savings, component relocation, in-house production or outsourcing, product or process changes, and small program launches.
- Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track project progress.
- Conduct project follow-up meetings with the multidisciplinary team.
- Drive team, stakeholder, and customer involvement, commitment, and communication.
