Role responsibilities:
- Create customer‑facing technical documentation for Cloud AI products, including conceptual guides, tutorials, how‑to guides, and API documentation.
- Develop documentation related to AI / Machine Learning, such as model training and evaluation, language and vision use cases, and self‑service onboarding processes.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, UX, and Customer Engineers to ensure technical accuracy and consistency.
- Work with documentation‑as‑code workflows using Markdown/HTML and Git‑based repositories.
- Manage multiple documentation streams in fast‑paced product release environments.

Non‑negotiable requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Writer.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) (highly desirable).
- Experience creating AI documentation.
- Strong experience with Documentation as Code.
- Hands‑on experience with Git / GitHub.

Work model:
- Hybrid - On‑site preferred
- Location:Mexico City (CDMX), Torre Carracci.

Schedule:8:00-17:00 or 9:00-18:00 (local time)
