The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is a strategic partner to business leaders, providing expertise and guidance to drive HR initiatives that align with the company’s objectives. The HRBP is responsible for fostering a high-performance culture, improving employee engagement, supporting leadership development, and ensuring the smooth execution of HR programs across the organization. By working closely with various teams, the HRBP will deliver human resources solutions that contribute to business success and employee well-being.

What your background should look like
- Bachelor's degree
- A minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible professional level experience in Human Resources, with a focus on employee engagement, business partnering, and strategic HR initiatives.
- Proven experience in Training & Development, Internal Communications, and Employee Engagement.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop action plans.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).




- Ability to work cross functionally and influence leadership.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to documentation accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.

In-depth knowledge of NOM-035, Mexican labour laws and ISO Experience working with HRIS systems and HR software.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional projects. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
