Coordinator: Guest Relations & Sales (Full-Time or Part-Time)

We are seeking a professional, reliable, and well-presented Guest Relations & Sales Coordinator to join our marine tourism team in Puerto Vallarta. This position offers a unique balance of remote administrative work and high-end, in-person hospitality at the marinas.

Key Responsibilities

Remote Sales & Administration: Manage client inquiries, bookings, and digital correspondence from your home office.

On-Site Coordination: Meet and greet guests at Marina El Cid and Marina Vallarta, ensuring a seamless boarding process and professional arrival.

Maritime Hosting: Occasionally accompany boat charters to provide premium guest service and oversee trip logistics while at sea.

Requirements:
Professionalism: A mature, disciplined approach to remote work and a polished demeanor when representing the company in person.

Bilingual Proficiency: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.

Transportation: Must possess a private,



reliable vehicle for frequent travel between Marina El Cid and Marina Vallarta.

Technical Setup: A quiet, professional home office environment with a reliable internet connection for sales tasks.

Flexibility: Comfortable with a schedule that includes office hours and active days on the water.
