Manager of Product Engineering Team (Wafer Probe)
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Product Engineering Team focused on Wafer Probe in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Collaborate with Production Planning, Quality, Test Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of manufacturing processes.
- Drive yield performance by receiving new technologies and implementing strategies to enhance yield metrics.
- Oversee wafers being processed in the manufacturing line for yield performance and management of non-conforming material.
- Deliver quality metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives for the Operations group.
- Assume organization-wide ownership for one or more strategic objectives, fostering a culture of operational and engineering excellence.
- Promote a proactive quality culture throughout the organization.
