We are a fast-growing firm specializing in personal injury cases, committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients. We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Case Manager with at least 1 year of legal experience and advanced English proficiency (C1) to oversee case progress and act as the main point of contact for clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Case Ownership: Manage cases from intake to resolution, ensuring all stages progress efficiently.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing updates and guidance in English.
- Case Monitoring: Track deadlines, documentation, and case milestones to ensure timely handling.
- Coordination: Work closely with attorneys, medical providers, insurance companies, and third parties.
- Documentation Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and records.
- Scheduling & Follow-ups: Coordinate medical treatments, legal appointments, and ongoing follow-ups.
- Confidentiality:



Handle sensitive legal and personal information with discretion.

Requirements (Must-Have)
- Minimum 1 year of Case Manager experience:
- Advanced English level (C1) - excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
- Availability to work onsite in designated locations and required schedules.
- Studies in Law.
- Experience in personal injury or case-heavy environments.
