Job Summary





We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive PTP Officer to join our Global Finance Services (GFS) team. In this role, you’ll focus on reconciling suppliers, preparing payment orders, and resolving discrepancies related to virtual card transactions. You’ll work closely with internal teams and bank representatives—communicating primarily in writing—to ensure smooth and accurate financial operations.

Responsibilities:
Bank Reconciliation & Payment Execution
- Analyze and reconcile open items in SAP related to VCC trade suppliers
- Execute payments via SAP and JIRA (internal tools), including credit line consumption
- Review aged open items and ensure accurate financial postings

Issue Resolution & Communication
- Communicate with bank representatives to resolve file errors, mismatches, or missing dat
