JOB PURPOSE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Major Job Responsibilities:
- Lead Customer Engineer for GDI - work with customer.
- Work with PHINIA Engineering System; Team Center, DFMEA, etc.
- Primary contact for existing and new pursuit customer programs.
- Define product definition for customer programs - BOM, etc.
- Work with customers to achieve successful packaging.
- Customer project team meetings to complete actions required.
- Lead customer tech reviews, responsible for customer SOR.
- Release prints & drawings on time, accurately; work in Team Center.
- Responsible for successful validation on time.
- Support Supplier component tech reviews
- Problem solving for customer returns, warranty, production issues.
- Attend SPQVC daily meeting at production line.
- Competitive analysis, future design development
- Cost reduction; special focus to wor
