Position Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Pricing & Commercialization
- Design and administer special pricing strategies aligned with category and exception pricing policies.
- Ensure required approvals on pricing, contractual terms, and payment terms from legal, finance, and marketing stakeholders.
- Provide reporting and documentation of pricing structures; act as the primary contact for pricing and product inquiries from internal and external customers.
- Manage escalations related to pricing and product issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve promptly.
- Ensure operational alignment and readiness throughout the product commercialization process.
Operational Support & Service Delivery
- Collaborate across functions to ensure seamless service delivery and identify opportunities for business development.
- Communicate operational updates and relevant information accurately and on time to internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide backup support for rebate program management and client operations.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor operational KPIs.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership based on data analysis.
