Responsibilities:
The Opportunity

This role requires a strong balance between operational excellence and project leadership,



supporting general initiatives, ensuring service continuity, and driving continuous improvement across processes.
The main purpose of this role is to maintain the knowledge management system for Control Shared Services. This will include granting access, supporting creation or importing of new Desk Top Procedures, monitoring of existing Desk Top Procedures and all other admin related support for the documenting process.

In addition, the role will support project management, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all life cycle deliverables, including governance, status reporting, schedule and scope management, and cost calculation and reporting, making sure that all deliverables are executed on time and accordingly to the needs of each project.
