About the company:

Responsibilities:
- Conduct safety, health training and publicity for new employees;
- Check the factory fire-fighting facilities (fire extinguishers, fire hydrants, sprinkler systems, etc.) for timely maintenance and repairs;
- Deal with sudden theft, work injury, accident, fire and other incidents, continue to investigate, propose improvement plans and improve the safety management system;
- To inspect the factory, prevent and correct the unsafe work behavior of employees (including external suppliers);
- Supervise and guide the work of security guards and strengthen security patrols
- Respond to the inspection of the factory by STPS of the Ministry of Labor, the IMSS of the social security department, and the OEA certification, and the rectification of EHS




- Cooperate with HR to inspect and control employees suspected of drug and alcohol abuse
- 8.Participate in and cooperate with the factory's epidemic prevention work."

Job requirements:
- Bachelor degree, Mechanical and safety related majors preferable.
- At least 5 years working experience in manufacturing industry, at least 3 years security inspect working experience.
- Have first aid, fire fighting training certificates and driving license
- Spanish and English can be used as working languages(listening,speaking,writing)
- Stable and cautious character, strong principle
- Monday-Saturday shiftment
