Your Role:
- Develop and improve the product collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, operations and quality.
- Possess sufficient CAD skills to open, manipulate, assemble, and make minor modifications to 3D component models.
- Design of injection molded, rubber, sheet metal, with a general knowledge of the manufacturing process for each.
- Work with suppliers, purchasing, SQE, ME, VE, plant mfg., plant quality to resolve issues.

Your Background:
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanic, Mechatronics, Electromechanical Engineering or experience in the industrial design field.:
- +3 years of experience in the automotive industry.
- 2D and 3D CAD proficiency with NX or Solidworks or equivalent.
- 90% English (written and verbal).:
- Knowledge in product design & validation methods.
- Problem solving skills, print interpretation, GD&T;, and stack up studies.
- Familiar with component manufacturing processes and quality (plastic molding, stampings, machining, deep drawing, etc.):
- Ability to work independently and motivate others
- Ability to lead projects,



directing the activity of multiple support organizations and assure timely completion of deliverables.:
- Problem solving certification or training.
