What You'll Do

You'll be the bridge between our clients and our creative engine. Your role goes beyond coordination — you'll be a trusted strategic partner for your accounts, a driver of new revenue, and a key voice in shaping marketing strategies that actually move the needle.
- Own and grow a portfolio of key client accounts, delivering exceptional service at every touchpoint
- Develop and present strategic BTL marketing plans that align with client business goals
- Identify new business opportunities and actively develop prospects to expand agency revenue
- Lead high-level commercial conversations with decision-makers and C-suite stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, production, and strategy teams to execute flawlessly
- Build long-term client relationships based on trust, results, and proactive thinking

QUALIFICATIONS

Tou're not just an account manager — you're a business developer with a service soul. You're commercially minded, socially sharp,



and strategic by nature.
- 8+ years of experience in advertising agencies, with a strong track record in account management and business development
- Background in BTL, experiential, or activation campaigns is a strong plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field
- Bilingual:English 100% fluent (non-negotiable — client and presentations in English)
- Valid USA Visa (travel may be required)
- A natural presenter and communicator who commands the room
- Self-driven, organized, and able to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per month
