Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Compensation: $80,000 - $95,000 Yearly USA dollars

About the Role

Maintenance Supervisor Key Responsibilities
- Lead and prioritize preventive and corrective maintenance (TPM) activities
- Assign and manage maintenance work orders across shifts
- Perform and support hands-on troubleshooting of:
- Electrical systems and controls
- Mechanical components and production equipment
- Work closely with production and scheduling to reduce downtime and improve OEE:
- Track and analyze maintenance KPIs, OEE, and equipment performance:
- Utilize SAP or CMMS systems for maintenance tracking and reporting
- Support and lead a team of 15 maintenance technicians

Pay: $126,500.00 - $130,000.00 per month
