The Finance Manager, Americas & Africa is a strategic regional finance leader responsible for overseeing accounting and financial operations across the United States, Latin America (Mexico, Peru, Brazil), and Africa (Kenya).



This role ensures accurate, timely, and compliant accounting practices across multiple country offices while driving regional consistency, strong internal controls, and continuous process improvement. The Finance Manager leads regional actuals reporting, variance analysis, and compliance across tax, banking, and audit requirements, while partnering on general finance initiatives such as financial systems, procurement, vendor management, and FP&A.;

What You’ll do

Regional Accounting Oversight

Accountable for delivering accurate, timely, and compliant accounting operations across the United States, Latin America (Mexico, Peru, Brazil), and Africa (Kenya). This role leads and supports Country Finance Generalists, reviews financial close and reporting, ensures compliance with organizational policies and local statutory requirements, and provides hands‑on guidance on complex accounting matters
