The Role
We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Campaign Executive to join our team from Mexico City. You will be the bridge between global creators, affiliates, and brands—driving revenue growth and turning TikTok trends into scalable success.
Note: While we live and breathe TikTok Shop, previous TikTok Shop experience is NOT necessary for this role. We are looking for a "TikTok-Native" with a strong background in TikTok or Influencer Marketing who is ready to master the Shop ecosystem and manage back-end operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Affiliate Management: Recruit, onboard, and nurture relationships with high-performing TikTok creators.
- Campaign Execution: Lead the end-to-end management of affiliate programs, ensuring content aligns with brand goals.
- Data-Driven Growth: Monitor performance (clicks, conversions, sales) and track GMV to provide strategic recommendations.
- Negotiation: Coordinate with creators to secure partnerships that move the needle.
Who You Are:
- English Mastery: You are highly fluent in English. You must be comfortable communicating with our global team and international clients daily.
- Experience: 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Influencer Marketing or TikTok campaigns.
- CDMX Based: You are located in Mexico City and ready to work remotely while staying connected to our mission.
- Analytical: You know how to turn data into a growth story.
