We specialize in high-end pre-sale villas within premium resort environments across Riviera Maya, offering a fully integrated ecosystem combining investment strategy, legal structuring, project development, construction, and long-term wealth architecture.

We are currently in an early-stage Seed phase, building a scalable platform designed to bridge international capital with high-value real estate opportunities in Mexico.

We are now looking for a highly driven and independent professional to lead and develop our Strategic Capital & Investor Relations department.

Position Overview

As Head of Strategic Capital & Investor Relations, you will be responsible for helping structure, manage, and execute our fundraising strategy across venture debt, equity, debt, strategic partnerships, and investor relations.

Your mission is to secure the right capital partners aligned with Onivius long-term vision by building strong relationships with business angels, private lenders, family offices, HNWIs/UHNWIs, and institutional capital sources across North America and internationally.

This is a strategic capital role requiring strong investor communication, fundraising discipline, institutional credibility, and high-level relationship management.

You will work directly with the founders and leadership team to accelerate capital raising and strategic growth.
