As an Analyst, Pricing at RXO, you will respond to customers and sales representatives who have pricing inquiries and provide accurate and competitive quotes in a timely manner. On our team, you’ll have the support to excel at work and the resources to build a career you can be proud of
What your day-to-day will look like:
Compile,
- Assist with increasing approved carriers and contacts for RXO, upload rates to pricing data base
- Act as liaison between operations, sales, and compliance teamsWork with carrier procurement and the customer sales team to understand market trends that will aid in the
- Quote sales team on new lanes when requested
- Maintain a basic understanding of market tools and market trends, including seasonality,
industries and factors that impact rates
- Recommend and implement improvements
At a minimum, you’ll need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
- 1 year of logistics or transportation experience
It’d be great if you also have:
- 3 years of related experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
- The aptitude to quickly learn new software
- Solid attention to detail and follow-up skills with experience identifying and resolving problems
- Adaptability under tight deadlines in a rapidly changing environment
