Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: MX$240,000 - MX$324,000 per year + end of year bonus
- Commission: Ability to earn commission on qualified meetings booked and accounts sold. Uncapped, paid monthly.
- On-target earnings (OTE): MX $354,000-400,000
- Time off: Unlimited PTO + all US holidays on our company calendar + 3 Mexican holidays of your choice
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, aligned to US Mountain Time (roughly 8am-5pm MT / 9am-6pm CDMX)
- Growth: Clear path to Account Executive within 6-12 months for top performers

The Role

We are seeking a mid-level SDR to source and engage high-quality prospects through outbound and inbound channels. Your main goal: book qualified meetings, prospect and support our sales process. This is a research-heavy, outreach-focused role that requires resilience, persistence, and strong communication skills — especially over the phone.

What You'll Do
- Research and build prospect lists that match our ICP (design-led product brands, $20M-$500M revenue)
- Qualify inbound leads (from content downloads, reports, etc.)
- Book sales meetings with high-quality prospects
- Maintain clean and accurate records in HubSpot
- Hit weekly/quarterly targets and contribute to outbound campaign performance
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing
