Your Role

As a Tech Lead with a strong software architecture mindset, you will lead the technical delivery of digital products end-to-end—hands‑on when needed—while guiding teams toward scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and evolution of technology solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
- Drive architectural decisions and trade‑offs (e.g., microservices vs modular monolith), applying patterns such as DDD, Clean/Hexagonal Architecture, and event‑driven approaches when relevant.
