How you will create an impact
The Systems Business Analyst supports day-to-day operational systems by translating business needs into functional system solutions and ensuring applications run reliably and efficiently. This role works closely with Operations and IT teams to gather requirements, document processes, coordinate system enhancements, execute testing, and resolve incidents. The position plays a key role in maintaining system stability while driving continuous improvements and automation initiatives that enhance productivity, service levels, and overall operational performance. Strong understanding of how business operations, finance processes, and enterprise applications support day-to-day outcomes in a global insurance
