Salesforce is seeking a Customer Success Manager for Commerce Cloud Signature to own the customer relationship, drive renewal and expansion, and ensure adoption of new features across enterprise clients.
You will cultivate executive relationships with customer IT and business leaders, coordinate the Signature catalogue of services, and collaborate with Sales to reduce attrition while delivering KPI-driven outcomes. Some travel or after-hours coverage may be required.
